I had tried the Nobu in Dallas and was very unimpressed. My wife said it was just that location and she wanted me to try this one in Vegas. I am glad she did! We started with some Yellowtail Jalapeño which was absolutely delicious. The flavor was smooth and subtle. I also had a Shrimp Tempura roll and the thing that really made this was the rice. I have had a lot of sushi but this is just a different ball game. It was so good, I ordered another one after my entree. For my entree I had the Beef Tenderloin Toban Yaki. Cooked to perfection and melt in your mouth tender! Absolutely delicious! We also ordered a side of mushrooms and they were delicious but be warned, it is a very large portion and might be on the salty side. My wife did the sashimi and I had some on the tuna and it was fabulous! Definitely night and day from my Dallas experience.

My husband and I decided, on a whim, to have a little bday dinner for him while in Vegas. There weren't a lot of available reservations open, but we were lucky enough to have the opportunity to dine Teppanyaki Omakase style here. It was an absolutely amazing experience throughout. We arrived early, and the ambience inside was creative, with moody tones, and with a variety of textures. It felt personal, but also subtly lively, with background noise and music. We started with a couple of delicious drinks at the bar - a Japanese whiskey made old fashioned and a Lychee martini - both were excellent. Since the martini flavor was mellow, I decided to continue with it throughout our dinner, and I enjoyed the way it complimented it all. Once seated at our table, we were greeted by our server, who walked us through what we'd be experiencing through the evening. It included 10 small plates. The first few served from the sushi bar, the following cooked in front is us, and then the dessert brought from the kitchen. Every dish was thoughtfully imagined, perfectly cooked, and had the most beautifully intricate flavors. It was definitely one of the best dinning experiences we've had.

Nobu consistently offers an unparalleled dining experience that keeps me coming back, despite its slightly higher price point. Although I can't recall the exact names of every dish, each one is exceptional, showcasing a masterful blend of flavors and presentation that epitomizes fine dining. On my latest visit, the staff's attention to detail extended beyond the culinary offerings. They noticed my 41mm Rolex Submariner Two Tone and complimented its elegance, adding a personal touch to the impeccable service. This level of attentiveness, combined with the extraordinary cuisine, makes every visit to Nobu a memorable indulgence in luxury and culinary excellence.

We set a reservation for a Friday night dinner for one of our friend's birthdays. It's a great restaurant with great vibes and awesome service. The idea is to family style share the dishes, which if you divide everything by your group, very affordable! Everything we ordered was so good!! Unfortunately I don't remember the names of every dish but I at least took a photo of everything we ate. The only dish I remember the name of directly is the black cod in miso and that was divine, definitely order that! Thank y'all for a great experience!
